The controller of any personal data collected through this site is Trustizi, a company based in Morocco. For any question about your data, contact us at contact@trustizi.com.
2. What we collect
We only collect data you voluntarily provide:
- Form submissions (contact, free audit): name, email, phone, company, message.
- Analytics: if you accept cookies, Google Analytics records anonymised technical data (pages visited, time on site, device, country).
We never sell or rent your data to third parties.
3. Cookies
This site uses two categories of cookies:
- Strictly necessary — required for the site to function (session, language preference). No consent required.
- Analytics (Google Analytics 4) — measure audience to improve the site. Only set after you accept via the consent banner. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser storage.
4. Purpose & legal basis
Form data is used to respond to your enquiry (pre-contractual measures). Analytics data is processed on the basis of your consent, in accordance with Moroccan Law 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and, for EU visitors, the GDPR.
5. Retention
- Contact form data: up to 24 months after last exchange, unless a contract applies.
- Google Analytics data: up to 14 months.
- Technical access logs: 12 months.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, object to, delete or port your data. To exercise any of these rights, write to contact@trustizi.com. We respond within a maximum of 30 days.
You may also contact the Moroccan data protection authority, CNDP (Commission Nationale de contrôle de la protection des Données à caractère Personnel) at cndp.ma.
7. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated. The date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. Substantial changes will be announced on the homepage.
